Virtual Coordinator assigns Taxpayer's tax return to a certified preparer.
Preparer calls Taxpayer, opens documents in secure interface and Taxpayer return process begins.

Taxpayer returns to Intake site.
Copy of tax return is downloaded, e-file authorization form is uploaded for Taxpayer to sign.
A copy of the e-file authorization F8879 / F8879 (Spanish)
Complete only for those with personal PIN'S. Other PINS are automatically generated within the completed tax return.
RETURN IS E-FILED by Virtual Coordinator at prep site.
